As Pierce County Manger, Julie Yates is responsible for our Pierce County operation which currently offers four branches to serve our clients. With extensive experience in the title and escrow industry, Julie has successfully served in several positions. A combined total of 25 years in the industry, 14 of which have been served within our company.
In her years of service, Julie has been awarded with Leadership Awards, Gold Level in the President's Club, and is an LPO and a Certified Instructor.
Julie is well known in the industry for seeking options for problem solving and decision making. Supporting all positions within the operation to ensure that all customers and employees are well taken care of, is her primary goal.

Kim's career at Chicago Title began as the receptionist in 1993. Currently serving as our Pierce County Operations Manager, Kim leads by example by providing unlimited support and assistance to all staff.
She has been recognized with many awards ranging from "Employee of the Year, 2005", to Corporate Leadership Awards.
Kim's experience, dedication and loyalty to her position and to the company is greatly admired and truly valued. Always professional and available, you can always count on Kim to assist you!

As Sales & Marketing Manager, Pierce County operation, Sherrie is responsible for all sales and marketing development. With over 18 years combined sales and marketing management experience, 9-plus years have been served at Chicago Title.
In addition to market share and sales strategy planning, Sherrie is directly involved in meeting industry and market challenges. Identifying market opportunities to expand Chicago Title's presence in Pierce County along with creating great customer care and satisfaction.
She has also been recognized with numerous achievement awards throughout her career including most recently, the Corporate Leadership award.
Activities Sherrie loves most: Family time, competing on the rodeo circuit, mountain climbing, back country skiing and traveling to sunny places!
Currently serving as our Commercial Title Manager for the last 4 years, Rob brings over 30 years of expertise and knowledge to our Pierce County operation.
Rob is well known in the business community working with commercial transactions involving grocery, shopping centers to multi state commercial transactions. Working with real estate professionals on clearing complex title issues and providing the best coverage available for purchasers and lenders is his primary goal.
Everything within the commercial department is done locally from producing the title report to the underwriting involved on each file. We also have legal council available 24-7 for the most complex transactions.
Activities Rob loves most: As a registered USTA member, Rob enjoys playing tennis tournaments and league along with spending time with his children.
Bruce as been with Chicago Title for 17-plus years and has over 25 years of escrow experience. As an Escrow Officer, Title Officer and Sales Rep, Bruce believes that his experience in every aspect of the title and escrow industry as helped him and his customers, immeasurably.
Bruce is known in our industry as offering reliable, professional and accurate service.
He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida Institute of Technology, in Air Commerce. Bruce is now very active in the community servicing several terms as a member of the Steilacoom Town Council.
Currently serving as the Tacoma Residential Escrow Branch Manager, Julie "Julz" has over 17 years of escrow experience and believes strongly that customer service is the single most important part of any escrow transaction.
Julz and her staff strive for the highest level of service with all parties in any transaction, including agents, buyers, sellers, loan officers and lenders. You can count on Julz to do everything in her power to insure that each and every transaction goes smoothly and professionally.

Having close to 30 years in the title and escrow industry, Pam has been with our company for over 17 years and currently serves as the Gig Harbor Escrow Branch Manager.
Pam has earned several achievement awards throughout her career, "2004 Escrow Closer of the Year", "2005 and 2006, President's Club", "2007 and 2008 Outstanding Revenue Achievement" to name a few of her accomplishments.
Pam's knowledge and expertise have afforded her to work through the most difficult transactions facilitating a flawless closing. An incredible problem solver, working closely with the customers and clients to meet their needs with flexibility and professionalism is how she has developed her long standing business relationships and stellar reputation in the industry.
Activities Pam loves most: Family time with her husband, children and grand children. Loves traveling to sunny place - Las Vegas and Hawaii and playing in the garden at home.
Sheila has been with Chicago Title for over 19 years, and has over 21 years of escrow experience. Currently serving as the Puyallup Escrow Branch Manager, she and her staff have been known to work through even the most difficult transactions all with impeccable service and professionalism.
Sheila received her copper status in 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003 in Chicago Title's President's Club, and has also received a Certificate of Appreciation from Coldwell Banker Hawkins-Poe. Her positive personality and drive for customer satisfaction makes her a charming person to work with and her experience working with both residential and commercial transactions have been invaluable to our clients.
Activities Sheila loves most: When Sheila's not at work she's spending time wih the family now skiing, camping and cooking.
